2013
April, 2013 Prime Group was registered and established actively to explore & test the real estate market in Georgia, by joining several real estate projects in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, aiming to examine market our products to both local real estate market in Georgia, as well as targeting new market in GCC, and other regions.
2016
Over 3 years, Prime Group Started constructions of it's first Project in Tbilisi, in cooperation with "Cairo One" as valued trusted name in Constructions sector which added a value to our brand and leveled up our standard of materials.
2018
within 18 months, which is 6 months earlier to delivery date, Prime Group turned the key to more than 80 happy client to move on their new Apartments in GREEN PLAZA residence in Tbilisi.
2020
The global pandemic during 2020, was a huge challenge to our team to keep going. meanwhile Prime group started development of couple projects constructions in Tsereteli & Saburtalo districts in Tbilisi, the Capital of Georgia
2022
meanwhile, by end of 2021, we started the constructions of our piece of art Dighomi View to be the most valuable managed apart hotel in Tbilisi.
where we plan to deliver by 2024, aiming to create another milestone in our successful story.
